RETURN POLICY

We have a 7 day return policy for faulty products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are outside of this time frame we will not accept the returned items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept change of mind returns, or exchanges. 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and the following actions that you need to do.

Earrings

Due to health and safety regulations, earrings are cannot be returned or exchanged.

Tarnishing

Tarnishing is not considered a fault, as our jewellery at some point will be in contact with chemicals and tarnishing will occur.

This occurrence is dependent on the skin and care habits of the wearer. For this reason, we encourage the customers to follow our Jewellery Care Guide to prevent from tarnishing.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items and Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
